Palco uses enquiry details to respond to your request, understand the proposed work, arrange a survey or quotation where appropriate, maintain relevant business records and protect the website from misuse. Enquiry details are not sold.

How enquiries are handled

Form submissions are stored privately in the website administration area before an email notification is attempted. This helps prevent an enquiry being lost if an email server is temporarily unavailable. Access should be limited to authorised website administrators and Palco staff who need the information to respond.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Palco may delete enquiries that are no longer required.

This Palco website plugin does not itself add advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress, a logged-in administration session or separately installed plugins may use essential or optional cookies.
